Dan O’Shea leads Watkins Meegan’s Not-for-Profit Industry Group. He joined the firm in 1992 and has significant experience in public accounting primarily in performing audit and other attestation services. As Not-for-Profit Group leader, he is responsible for engagement administration, team management and practice development.
In addition to providing accounting, audit and tax services, Dan consults on business advisory engagements including cost allocations, related entity structures, employee benefit plans and government contracts. His clients include national trade and professional associations and labor and charitable organizations. Dan oversees engagements that are subject to Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133 audit requirements. He began his career working for five years for an international public accounting firm, where he focused on the not-for-profit and hospitality industries.
