Jeff Walsh is a founding Member of Watkins Walsh, an affiliate of Watkins Meegan, and part of Watkins Meegan’s Forensic Accounting group. He specializes in the valuation of closely held businesses, and he is also qualified as an expert witness. He has testified on behalf of clients involved in management conflicts, stockholder disputes, damage claims, divorces and bankruptcies. 

Jeff has performed business valuations in a variety of industries including publishing, technology, consulting, professional services, marketing, food and lodging, retail, printing, and construction. His valuation expertise has been utilized for many purposes, including gift and estate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, business planning, divorce and litigation support.

Jeff has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting for national and local firms providing financial consulting, tax and financial reporting services.
