Keith Romanowski joined Watkins Meegan in 2003 and has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance within the government contracting sector, including 15 years in the private sector working for a government contractor with business revenues approaching $100 million.

Keith has handled SEC reporting and FAR, CAS and GAAP compliance for privately owned and publicly held organizations. He also has gained a wealth of knowledge in lease accounting and lease financing. Keith has consulted extensively on Deltek GCS Premier and Costpoint accounting packages and has completed multiple accounting system conversions. He has successfully configured a number of Deltek time-keeping installations, as well as a number of web-based time and expense installations. In addition, Keith regularly advises clients on financial and operational issues, including indirect rate structures, general ledger chart of accounts, account reconciliations, monthly and year-end closings and financial statement reporting.

Prior to joining Watkins Meegan, Keith practiced both as a public accountant and a corporate accountant for a large government contractor.
