Lorraine Sexton began her career with the firm in 1990, and she has been extensively involved in tax compliance, research and planning for businesses and high net worth individuals. Lorraine has significant experience across a wide variety of industries, including professional services, healthcare, high technology, government contracting, entertainment, real estate, construction and not-for-profit.

In her current role, Lorraine assists clients with tax planning, tax return preparation and resolution of Internal Revenue Service and state tax issues. She manages a growing client base including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, individuals and trusts. She also has been responsible for filing tax court petitions and has provided testimony as an expert witness.

Lorraine has written multiple articles for the firm’s newsletters and prepared continuing professional education courses on partnerships and tax-planning software. In addition, she was actively involved in the development of the firm’s internal review process and helped draft documentation to ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
