Rebecca Kehoe is a government contracts attorney specializing in development of teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, subcontract cost/price analysis, time and cost negotiations, and administration of Multiple Agency and Government Wide (GWAC) FFP, CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, labor hour, and T&M type contract agreements and small business plans, outreach, and reporting. Prior to joining Watkins Meegan as a Manager in the firm’s Government Contracting and Technology Group, Rebecca worked as a consultant to the firm, a government contractor purchasing system review and completed a government contract support services assignment that included review of new government contract compliance issues.

She was a Senior Attorney in a Washington, DC law firm and she worked for the Office of Regional Counsel and General Counsel for the U.S. General Services Administration, the Office of Design and Construction of The American University and the Office of the Architect of U.S. Architect of the Capitol.
