Stephanie Travis directs Watkins Meegan’s Human Resources Department and has responsibility for the strategic and operational aspects of the organization’s human resources policies and functions. With over nine years of experience in a professional services environment, Stephanie is responsible for ensuring that the firm’s human resources activities are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures. She provides recommendations to Senior Management in establishing overall human resource objectives, policies and plans.
Stephanie has significant practical experience in recruitment and staffing, retention strategies and programs, staff development and training, employee benefit plan administration, development and implementation of policies and procedures, firm communication and performance management. Prior to joining Watkins Meegan, she was a Human Resources Administrator for a large national accounting firm.
