As the Manager of Human Resources, Ms. Neuschaefer uses her 9 years of recruitment experience to attract talent to the firm, create exciting orientation and on-boarding plans, and assist in additional Human Resources and Marketing initiatives.  Ms. Neuschaefer began her career with Watkins Meegan as part of the Watkins Information Technology Group as a Recruiting Manager in March 2008.  In January 2011, she officially transferred to Watkins Meegan LLC to assist in human resources and become instrumental in recruiting strategy and growth. 

Ms. Neuschaefer is the Lead in Campus Recruiting and bringing top-notch talent to Watkins Meegan.  Her proactive personality makes her a perfect match to meet with all the potential new hires.  Ms. Neuschaefer’s goal is to find intelligent, hard-working candidates that fit into the Watkins Meegan culture, while making the interview process pleasant for the students.  Additionally, she prepares and administers all new hire orientation and assists in other HR initiatives as needed.  She helps with client searches, planning of firm meetings, CPA licensing, and other firm initiatives.  More recently she has been committing time to the overall purpose and culture of Watkins Meegan.  Ms. Neuschaefer knows it is important to have strong firm values in order to keep top performers.

Her previous experience includes, 3 years as a corporate recruiter at a Government Contractor and another 5 years in Agency recruiting. Her focus was information technology with a specialization in programming and software development.   After 5 years in Agency, Ms. Neuschaefer joined Watkins IT and assisted in building the staff. 

Ms. Neuschaefer takes on a leadership role with her involvement in both the Watkins Meegan Women’s Leadership Team and the Young Professionals Planning Committee.
